Pet Policy
Our pet-friendly community welcomes dogs and cats up to 45 pounds. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. No exotic animals are permitted. Non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first pet, plus $500 for each additional pet. Breed restrictions apply; contact the office for details. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
